I was on ur blog for hours and hours...reading almost every posts..lol..and droooling over your pictures and the kitchen..and the Christmas decor..Loved every bit of it...as much as I know that you dont send your home ad out in the www... How lovely to hear from you again and see all of the pictures. I am glad that you had a good shoot and fun with your friends.
It was nice of you to take thanksgiving dinner to your folk's place. We had the whole gang hear. It was busy and hectic but a lot of fun. They just left a few minute ago. The house seems so quiet.

We got our tree up today but that's all. I piled all the gifts under the tree and the kids had fun sorting them by families. We sent them home with each family because I don't think I am up to driving up to Utah in the ice and snow this year.

Jill's new home is gorgeous!
I am assuming her husband made her furniture? It is GORGEOUS. Very nice colors and very unique, yet authentic. Wish they were closer.
I am in a real colonial mood today, just rewatched The Crucible last nite, and enjoyed the sets and houses.

What can I say..When I sit down to look at my favorite blog sites and see you have a post I can't get there fast enough..I know you will have photos to die for of your home or someone elses home..As usual you have made my night..I love to look through the pictures and analyze every room..I am now off to read your blog again and enjoy the pictures again..Have a great weekend and I too have a couple of stores to visit tomorrow..I hope everyone shops small and lets keep it going throughout the whole year..

Linda, love the photos and great choices. I am in the mist of putting away some of my fall things. I too, think no more putting everything away and I add to what I have out, I change things around and add greens and holiday things keeping the muted color look. It is so much more enjoyable and that is how it is suppost to be. I don't use all the stuff from the past anymore.

Sometimes changes in our traditional holiday get together's can't be helped, but the most important part is "who" we are with, and making the most of those special moments with those we love, of time we won't ever get back.

Truly gorgeous homes - I could move right in to either and never want to leave. And wish South Carolina were a bit closer - I could have a few projects for Jim....I love that chest he made you - and that shelf....I want one!!!
