Congrat's on being mortgage free, that is a great feeling I am sure! Now you have a little extra to spend on your love one's and your prims!
APP magazine I think is a blessing to all us prim people out there! I love re-reading the issues and can't wait for the fall edition to come out! I have been blessed with some of my photo's being used in it and it's a great feeling! Thanks to all the staff at APP for all their hard work!

Dang you have been one busy lady - I got tired just reading about the tweaking you've been doing. Your shutters look wonderful and I love the new shelf. And paying of the mortgage - well that's just a HUGE WOOOO HOOOOO :). Can't wait to hear about your visit :). My sister is coming today for a couple of days and I'm looking forward to lots of laughing :)

Just loveee the shutters and all your prim decorating and tweaking! I know the feeling you move one thing and that leads to moving another and that leads to yet another and so on! My hubs is always saying that someday he knows he is going to sit in a chair thats no longer there......! Enjoy your visit with your friends........I'm sure you have some wonderful things planned.

Linda, OK where to start? Woohoo on the mortgage!!! I am less than $3,000 away from being debt free. Then I can start thinking about saving for a house. I just LOVE your new/old shutters. Thanks for the DIY version. Lol. Ooohhhahhhh redware...need I say more. I just moved things around today too. Its funny how you end up moving twice as much stuff as you originally thought.

Hi Linda. I don't know how I missed this post, but I am still playing catch up since I was sick and all. We had a crazy couple of weeks. Congratulations on the home being all paid for now! What a thrill that must be. I, however, do not know that feeling yet!! And love the changes. Good work on the shutters! Too bad you can't convince Mr. Red Door to paint in the kitchen. My husband has very little interest in things like that. Now...his golf game...that't another story!!!!

I LOVE all of the changes that you have made, Linda! The shutters look fantastic! You should be very proud of yourself for doing such a great job!! Thank you for sharing with Audrey and I on where you put your dry sink. It looks great there. (I still want to come help Audrey snoop around, though! lol) Congratulations on paying off your mortgage! I noticed the shutters right off and I must say that they are beautiful.
I truly love coming here to see all of your eye candy. I love your kitchen and I stand with MRD about not painting that beautiful wood.
I have always loved the wood look.
I guess it is because I grew up with painted cabinets.
