…See you when the summer's through!
After a lot of thought, I have decided that the rest of my summer will be spent blog free. Well, blog free except for an occasional post on the A Primitive Place & Country Journal blog~ like the sneak peek I have to share later this week. But Behind My Red Door is going on hiatus and I won’t be posting or answering comments or commenting on other blogs until the end of summer.
Do I mean the calendar end of summer or the traditional Labor Day end of summer? I am not sure. All I know is that
I want to read more, finish some projects and relax once in awhile and so something has to give right now. It can’t and I don’t want it to be my folks, Lili, time with the rest of my family and friends or work. So blogging is one of things that can go. I hope to be back come September ~ I know it will be hard to stay away but I need to give myself this break. I am shutting off comments until I am back.I wish you all a wonderful August! oh Linda, After hearing what you have scheduled I can understand this. I finaly finished my stencil in the hall and added to the hosta bed yesterday. I am trying to complete so many little things and I do not have the calendar you do.

Enjoy your much needed time off! We all need to take that time for ourselves and if it means staying away from the computer then so be it!

Great idea...enjoy August. I know my next 4 weeks/weekends are busy... Rodeos to go see, chamber of commerce help, a good antique fair and a whole lot of house stuff that didn't get done because of the heat.
